Order Processing Times

We ship items Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Standard Order Processing time:

1 Business Day for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Shipments.
2 Business Day Handling time is needed for Freight Shipments. In some cases Flatbed Shipments may take up to two weeks to schedule depending on location.

We will email Shipment Tracking and PRO numbers to the address listed on your account. Customer is Responsible for being available to receive the package and to provide the correct shipping address on their account. If package is returned shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
All Packages under $200 will not have signature required.
All Packages $200+ Will require a Direct Signature.
Packages with a Value of $150 or more will not be shipped to PO box addresses.
International Customers: We will Declare the full Value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. Industrial Parts R Us does take responsibility for charges cause by importing product into the customer country.

Payment and Checkout

PayPal is our preferred method of payment from our domestic and international customers. Payments should be made within 72 hours of purchase. Shipping will be provided by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL with a tracking number and mailed within 24 hours of payment. We do not claim to be an authorized dealer of the designers' products that we sell. All trademarks, brand names, and logos mentioned in our offers are used for identification purposes only and are the registered trademarks of their respective companies.

PayPal Payments Must be from a verified PayPal account.

If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to void and cancel your order.
In the case the incorrect address is entered during checkout we cannot make edits to the address, but we will fully refund you upon request so you can reorder with the correct address.
We also accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Bank Wire Transfer, and Company Checks.
For "Buy It Now" Listings Payment is due immediately "Auction listing must be Paid within 3 business Days or Bid will be voided”

TAX & Local Pick Up

We Provide Free Local Pick Up on all orders.
Orders must be Prepaid before Pickup or Cash at Pickup.
Kentucky residents will be charged a 6% Sales Tax.

RETURN POLICY

We Understand That from time to time the need to return and item may Occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our Return Policy

We will exchange defective or damage Products within the warranty Period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.
If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance that originally had free shipping the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.
Please Contact us by using the Ebay messaging system.
Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
If items are damaged in Transit Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed.
If you are returning item by choice within the 30 day period the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Shipping Cost are Non Refundable
Exchanges are free of cost to customer during warranty Period.
Customer is responsible for Shipping and Return for refund.
