All used units are powered up and tested as far as we have knowledge to. We are unable to fully test some advanced communication cards, but most cards is fully tested.

All customers must email their company name, contact name, address and a phone number. All EU companies must email their VAT number.

You will receive one Fanuc IC695CHS012-AA but it may not be the exact one the picture is showing

Payment Policy

Payment by Paypal or IBAN is accepted. You can also pay by Card directly. When you choose to pay by card, you will receive an email when the order is processed, that takes you to a secure payment system.

Shipping Policy

We use TNT and UPS as shipping companies.
Expedited Shipping = TNT Express or UPS Express Saver.
Express usually takes 1 day within EU, 2 days to the USA and 2-5 days to the rest of the world. Items is shipped out as fast as possible.
We send worldwide with the exception of those countries where export is illegal.
We can use other shipping services. Contact us if you want a cheaper or faster shipping alternative. If possible, your purchases will be sent together at lowest price.

Returns Policy

If an item should be received defective, of course we take it back or replace it. You can read more in the warranty field.
If the item is received as expected, we must charge for our expenses if you want to send it back. We have to charge for the work of handling, retesting and restocking. If the item is cheap, there will be nothing to refund.

Tax

Swedish VAT 25% will be added, if the buyer comes from EU and dont have a valid VAT Identification Number.
NOTE! We never add VAT to buyers from outside EU, but the custom in each country may add VAT and Toll. Toll is usually 0-2% on these items.

Warranty

12 months warranty on this item

All units is guaranteed to be working upon arrival. Warranty time is stated for each item. Warranty period counts from invoice day. A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended. At warranty claims, the customer pays shipping both ways. At first we try to repair the unit, after that we try to replace it by a similar unit. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, your purchase amount, except shipping costs, will be repaid. If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer by for instance rough handling, wrong installation or extreme temperatures, the warranty is not valid.

This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same.

Quality

No parts comes from a main suppliers. Everything is bought from companies or private persons as surplus or overstock material. If a unit only has been connected and never in use, we usually sell it as new surplus.
We have employed personell especially for testing units. We are constantly learning to test more units and our goal is to test everything to 100%.
If however you should receive a non working special unit, we will rapidly find a solution that is to your best.

This unit is fully tested prior to shipping.
