Return and Warranty Policy:   We will guarantee this item to be as described for 3 months.  If for any reason you feel it is not, we will refund 100% of your purchase price after the item is returned.  We will not refund shipping costs on the item, unless there was a shipment error.  If there is an issue with the item, please contact us by e-mail for resolution.

This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.  In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not to exceed, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same.

Shipping:   We ship worldwide from Ohio using UPS, USPS and FEDEX Freight.when needed.  E-mail us for a shipping service other than the ones listed. We ship daily Monday through Friday.

Packaging and Handling:  We pack your items properly!  All items are wrapped and protected for shipment in a professional manner.  New boxes and packing is used on every item so it arrives safely.  NO Handling Fee is charged!

Package Tracking:  All UPS and Priority Mail shipments will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.  This occurs automatically when we create your shipment label.

Shipping Time:  US mail priority-(2-3 days),  UPS ground-(2-6 days), UPS overnight (1 day)

International Shipping: US Priority mail international or UPS (Shipping times vary based on location and service)  Fees, tariffs and taxes are buyers responsibility.

Restocking:  We will accept returns made by the purchaser due to the purchasers error, a non-warranty issue,  but will admister a 30 percent restocking fee to cover time and materials.

Shipping discount:  When buying multiple items, please use ebays check out and wait for an invoice from us.  We will box your items and then give you the best rate possible to reduce shipping fees..  When buying multiple items, if you check out before receiving an invoice from us, a refund will not be given for the overpayment due to time constraints.
