PRODUCTION PROCESS:   All MyMahoganyModels are shipped direct from the factory and to keep our prices as low as possible we only manufacture to order which means that you will have to wait a period of about 6 weeks before the model is shipped *. There are many production processes to accomplish but of utmost importance is the time required to “stabilize” the model and through this curing period we ensure that the museum quality product will last for generations to come. Each MyMahoganyModel masterpiece is distinctively made with premium select grade kiln dried mahogany wood (ensuring the model will not crack over time) and carved and hand painted by our proficiently skilled master artists. A final touch of matte or gloss clear lacquer gives the model plane a honed, polished and sophisticated look. Optional display accessories are also available for your model planes including the variable pitch wall mount, allowing your model plane collectibles to be perfectly displayed on the wall, ceiling or virtually anywhere around your house or office.  *Excludes National Holidays

SHIPPING METHODS:   All hybchina shipping rates quoted are to cover FedEx International Economy courier service from the Philippines where our factory is based.  This service is fully insured and you will immediately receive tracking details once the model leaves.  Normally you will receive the package within 3-4 days. In conjunction with the production time of the model we wish to stress the time period involved so you are not disappointed at a later stage.  Please only bid or buy if you can wait for this period of time.  Please also note that many other companies are only offering Air parcel delivery which  takes 2-3 weeks and is not insured or fully trackable and the cost of which is similar to our FedEx charges. 

CUSTOM MADE MODELS:  MyMahoganyModels also offers personalized model airplanes, model helicopters, airships, boats and military / civilian wall plaques.  We can make models from 6 inches to 10 feet in length or to any specific scale that you may require. Each item is hand carved and completely hand painted to match your aircrafts exact variant, paint scheme and registration number. Any logo can be painted or carved onto the stand or a brass plaque with your personal inscription can be included to give that final finishing touch to your model.

Working from your photographs and our library of blueprints, our master craftsmen will meticulously recreate your item into an amazingly detailed desktop or wall mounted replica.  Each model is hand carved from kiln dried solid mahogany and completely hand painted to match the original paint scheme and fine marking detail. No detail will be spared!
