一、设计制造造浪水槽上方的可移动吊装装置

原有造浪水槽的规格为宽度4600mm，造浪池壁厚300mm，⾼度2920mm，造浪水槽距离顶部补光灯带1900mm。造浪水槽距离左方墙体2190mm，距离右方墙1390mm. 科勘在这个造浪水槽上设计制造一套可移动的门式吊装机构，吊装机构可以横框整个水槽上方，但制造安装绝对紧凑，吊装可以沿水槽纵向移动；吊装机构需要吊载120KG的试验仪器进入水槽，仪器的直径800mm.

二、设计制造波浪水槽上方升降平台

升降平台为操作水槽内仪器和其它工作用，要求平台可以载重300KG，可以容纳2位试验人员。升降高度距离水槽底部1000mm.距离水槽上方灯带500mm,

三、为试验仪器设计制造上下移动框架

试验仪器可以装入框架，框架要求可拆卸方式，科勘设计采用铝型材结构。

四、单独设计制造一个小型造浪观察池

造浪观察水池⻓度4000mm,宽度800mm，⾼度1200mm，水池底部带可移动可自锁轮，水池分为上下两层，下层做为流体输送水系统、排放系统和超纯水净化系统；水池上半部分为造浪功能，科勘采用丝杆顶板运动机构进行水浪的模拟。316不锈钢材质做水池的基座、框架和下层护板。

The lifting platform is used for operating instruments in the water tank and other work, and it is required that the platform can carry a load of 300KG and can accommodate two test personnel. The lifting height is 1000mm from the bottom of the sink and 500mm from the light strip above the sink,

3、 Design and manufacture up and down moving frames for experimental instruments

The experimental instrument can be mounted into a frame, which requires a detachable method. The scientific survey design adopts an aluminum profile structure.

4、 Design and manufacture a small wave making observation pool separately

The observation pool for wave making has a height of 4000mm, a width of 800mm, and a height of 1200mm. The bottom of the pool is equipped with movable and self-locking wheels. The pool is divided into two layers, with the lower layer serving as the fluid conveying water system, discharge system, and ultra pure water purification system; The upper part of the pool is used for wave making function, and Kekan uses a screw rod top plate motion mechanism to simulate water waves. 316 stainless steel material is used for the base, frame, and lower protective plate of the water tank.
