基于湿化学分光光度法，结合顺序注射技术（SIA）及全反射液芯波导（LWCC），研发了可溶性磷酸盐原位测量仪，通过优化基于 SIA的自动进样系统关键参数，将可溶性磷酸盐的分析时间缩短至6.3分钟，检测下限低至 17nM（10cm光程长度），单次测量试剂消耗量仅需 23uL，整机结构干湿分离、电化分离，确保测量仪核心部件原位使用的安全性，最大程度的降低仪器维护成本和周期。

气耦合专用观测浮标：浮标观测参数包括：海表常规气象（风、温、湿、压、降水），四分量辐射、海表皮温、表层海水温度，0-80米深度的剖面流速、流向，波高、周期和波向等。浮标数据同步通过北斗和铱星双链路向南海所服务中心回传实时数据，且在特殊海洋或大气过程下可远程操作修改浮标的数据采集程序，实现双向可控制，提高强化观测能力。

海水营养盐原位测量仪可对水体中化学要素进行快速、准确地检测与分析，为水资源的开发利用以及水质的预警预告提供及时准确的信息。水体体散射特性快速剖面测量仪可以实现水下200米范围内，水体体散射参数的快速剖面测量。

Based on wet chemical spectrophotometry, combined with sequential injection technology (SIA) and total reflection liquid core waveguide (LWCC), a soluble phosphate in-situ measurement instrument was developed. By optimizing the key parameters of the SIA based automatic sampling system, the analysis time of soluble phosphate was reduced to 6.3 minutes, the detection lower limit was as low as 17nM (10cm optical path length), and the consumption of reagents for a single measurement was only 23uL. The entire machine structure was dry wet separation and electrochemical separation, Ensure the safety of in-situ use of the core components of the measuring instrument, and minimize the maintenance cost and cycle of the instrument to the greatest extent.

Special observation buoy for air coupling: The buoy observation parameters include: conventional meteorological conditions (wind, temperature, humidity, pressure, precipitation) on the sea surface, four component radiation, sea surface temperature, surface seawater temperature, profile flow velocity and direction at a depth of 0-80 meters, wave height, period, and direction. The buoy data is synchronized and real-time data is transmitted back to the service center of the South China Sea Station through the dual links of the Beidou and Iridium satellites. The buoy's data collection program can be remotely operated and modified under special ocean or atmospheric processes, achieving bidirectional controllability and enhancing observation capabilities.

The in-situ measurement instrument for seawater nutrients can quickly and accurately detect and analyze chemical elements in water bodies, providing timely and accurate information for the development and utilization of water resources and the early warning and prediction of water quality. The rapid profile measurement instrument for scattering characteristics of water bodies can achieve rapid profile measurement of scattering parameters of water bodies within a range of 200 meters underwater.
