Underwater temperature sensor based on surface acoustic waves. Gallium lanthanum silicate based high-temperature pressure sensor. Gallium lanthanum silicate is a piezoelectric single crystal synthesized by scientists from the former Soviet Union in the 1980s. It has a melting point below 1470 ℃ without phase transition and has a high high-temperature resistivity (1M Ω· cm@900 ℃). There was no decomposition phenomenon after several weeks in a high-temperature environment of 850 ℃. Through simulation and optimization of physical fields such as heat and force, the integrated lead-free packaging process of gallium lanthanum silicate as shown in Figure 4 (left) was developed, and the preparation of high-temperature resistant wireless passive pressure sensors was achieved. The sensor performance was tested in a high-temperature environment as shown in Figure 4 (right).
